Inappropriate skins/User Names

Before looking at this post, I suggest that if you don't like nudity, please leave this post.

Recently, I have been seeing Highly Inappropriate skins,Usernames in Minecraft, which are Consist of nudity/swear words.

How can this be fixed? Well, first off, have people moderate the skin system. As in, you cant change your skin immediately. The skin you submit will have to be approved before letting the system use it.

As for the names, I think you should add some sort of filter to deal with this. And for the people who already have these sames, remove the word from there account name.
