[MC-56658] Mobs can't wear anything that you have thrown.

When we spawn a mob (Zombie or Skeleton), and we give to it an armor it catch it with its hands but it doesn´t put the armor on.

Mobs do not wear everything they find. It's also based on difficulty.

Mustek, when I spawn a mob with an armor using a command block, it doesn't wear it.

not all mobs wear armor. Based on difficulty, the percentage chance of the mob being able to pick the item up increases. IN this case, you have 3 skeletons that can't pick up items
