[MC-56673] Dispenser Wall-Equip

Dispensers don't equip armor through walls, only in direct contact. I'm unsure as to whether this is intended or not, so I'm reporting it anyways. Thanks!

This is indeed a WAI. The dispenser has to be one block away in order for it to equip armor. Putting a wall in between the dispenser and the thing that activates it makes it 2 blocks away.
