[MC-56707] Can't play minecraft on my 4k monitor

When I play the game It glitches me to look at the ground no when I use the mouse I can manage too look up if I move the mouse quick but then it goes down when you move it slightly.
I have tried changing different settings but I don;t know whats going on.
When I move minecraft to a full HD monitor it works fine.
