[MC-56767] Textures Flashing on screen

Every once in a while random item textures while blink across the screen they are all transparent and are in a random order also they are aligned neatly. This is also accompanied by random textures, buttons, and inventory flashing. This happens so suddenly and is only up for a second so I can not take a screenshot. The flashing however does not even show up in screenshots.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Also the flashing/textures disappear when every I open the debug console

Your graphics drivers are outdated, and please try removing java 1.8 and install java 1.7.
