[MC-56813] Piston extension without power

When I place a piston and then I place two redstone blocks vertically above the piston and then I destroy the redstone blocks starting from the bottom one the piston doesn't retract.

@Mustek, this was marked as a duplicate of the wrong issue. MC-11193 talks about redstone dust.

This is actually a duplicate of MC-108
