[MC-57038] new dungeon not spawning in for me

i tried seeds and cords where they had the new dungeon, but when i look at the same place, there was no dungeon, or the new mobs

Please provide the seed, coordinate, and the version that the seed is reproducible in.

Cannot confirm.
Water temple spawns.

New dungeon was supposed to spawn in 1.7-generated chunks, they are not on my server :/.
But the Guardian mobs are spawning (not the elder one).
