[MC-57283] Player on Fire texture missing

When the player is set on fire from lava or fire the texture from the players point of view does not appear and a missing texture pattern appears instead. By switching views using F5 the correct texture appears still.

Actually this bug was created at 1:13 PM and that bug was created at 4:25 PM so unless I am understanding something wrong I created this first.
