Could you add a photo of your Video Settings?
And try going into your NVidia Controlpanel and change the 3D Quality!

Anisotropic filtering was removed, because it was buggy. It did, however, fix this problem for some people. Try adjusting the mipmapping setting, it may fix this for you.
