[MC-57487] barrier block texture broken

when you hold the barrier block in your hand
the icon the block that moves to where your looking and the icon in your hot bar is the pink and black texture

The pink and black square is a missing texture that is displayed if a game can't find a texture. The easy fix would be to let the block find its texture, which in the case of the barrier, means that the code that makes it invisible needs to be rewritten.
