[MC-5749] Iron Golem Creation Bug

When I was creating a Iron Golem, I thought that all the iron block would go away when I put the pumpkin. Instead, only one goes away. I tried to create another one by the non-replaced blocks, but it didn't make an Iron Golem.

i still have the samen thing, now only the two middle blocks go away after the spawning.
