when opening a wooden trapdoor with a wooden button, it pops off and duplicates itself

What I expected to happen was the trap door to open when i pressed the button.

What actually happened was the trap door popped off and duplicated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a wooden trap door down anywhere.
2. place a wooden button above, below or beside the trap door.
3. right click the button.
