[MC-5750] Hopper and Furnace

Placing a hopper next to a furnace, if the hopper is supplying something to the furnace, and the furnace runs out of coal, the hopper puts it in the fuel section of the furnace.

The fuel section can already have any item inserted into it anyhow. The only issue is that the hopper can stick stuff in the output slot.
