Water/lava Textures, Stairs only face west

So, Water and lava. When still, water has an item frame texture on its top, while still lava has a blaze rod. When flowing, the textures turn a variety of colours, such as yellow and reddish. Secondly, any stair block, only faces west, no matter where the player is facing while placing the block.
