When a piston (sticky or normal) pushes one of the new redstone blocks the current from the redstone block stops the piston from retracting.
What I expected to happen was...
when I turned the power off the piston would retract.
What actually happened was...
when I turned the power off the piston stayed extended because of the current from the redstone block.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a piston.
2. Place a redstone block in front of the piston arm.
3. Power the piston so the arm extends, pushing the redstone block
4.Turn off the power source for the piston.

Duplicate of MC-108.

Tails, THIS IS A BUG. MC-108 only talks about piston extension in 1.4.5, not the latest snapshot/update which pertains to redstone blocks. This bug is also present in 1.6.2. Please as a member of the community re-investigate the bug, and if needed, ask me for a bug report. Thank you.

This still happens.

Its still intended... 😛

Can this not be set so it works exactly as it does except redstone does not transmit through the extended end of a piston? through everything else as it is now, but not through the extended of arm of a piston, just that one thing.....
