[MC-57821] Map's icon texture is missing and Quartz block problem

First, Map's icon texture looks like missing.
And Second is when I try place Chiseled Quartz Block, It places "Block of Quartz". Not Chiseled Quartz Block. Other Quartz items(Quartz Stairs, Pillar Quartz Block) are OK.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

Both of these are duplicates, and have already been fixed in 14w25b.
