[MC-57867] when walking close to a dessert temple the tnt explodes (single player)

Hello,

so when I walked in the dessert and found a dessert temple in single player the tnt was already exploding I wasn't inside the fresh temple when it happened I was just walking into the direction when it hapenned.

while I wasn't able to see how the explosion was caused, I persume the pressure plates where still from stone but for some reason got activated by a mob like it was a wood pressure plate, or the block state was changed from powered to non powered if thats the case this is probably a duplicate of the bug with the sun flower, could some one verify this to?

I literally don't know how this could be a duplicate of the sunflower bug, as this bug is a different issue.

Did you hear any mobs at all before or during the explosion?

Stone pressure plates can be activated by mobs btw.

I did not hear other mobs I was still outside the pyramid however ive mentoid that the state of some blocks randomly update including the sun flower.

for example when I'm 20 or 15 blocks away I see a sun flower but when I'm at 7 or maybe 10 blocks away the sun flower changes into a tall grass, so I geuss thats what happened there to with the pressure plate but then from powered to unpowered which caused the tnt to be ignited.
