Beacon's powers not always available (GUI buttons blacked out)
This bug is NOT consistent, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
I have built 5 beacons with different layers, 3 out of 5 had this happen.
Layer amount does not matter, can be one, can be four.
Beacon beam does appear, yet the GUI shows only black buttons instead of grey.
Leaving the chunk (well beyond the "view distance") and returning, enables the previously disabled buttons.
