While playing Minecraft in the latest snapshot, some chunks refuse to load.
What I expected to happen was...:
All chunks should have loaded when my character walked to it.
What actually happened was...:
Some chunks would not load and I was left with massive chunk errors, which I can walk into and break blocks in, but the textures won't load.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk to an area in the map
