[MC-58162] My world is glitching

My minecraft world has been doing this strange glitch for a while. I don't know why it's happening but it is happening on a certain server mostly. I have a few screenshots to show what was happening. There are two pictures of the map that look almost identical but during the game, the world keeps glitching in and out of those two pictures. If that makes sense, please help. I've tried closing and opening my minecraft. I uninstalled and installed it again. I don't know what to do.

Is the server modified or vanilla?

Modified would be bukkit, spigot, etc.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Try updating your Java, I've experienced not updating my Java when recommended causes a ton of problems playing Minecraft. Also when reporting a bug you should first check your Java and include your Java version under the "Environment" field.
