I was playing Minecraft when I decided to put a Pumpkin on my head and dance around for literally no reason. Then once I put the Pumpkin on my head it was huge and upside down. I don't know how this could have possibly happened.

So that's why when I spawned a zombie with a stone block for the helmet part it was so big, and to think I did something wrong with the NBT tags. So it seems to happen for all blocks.
