[MC-58390] Default Textures Glitching out Completley

My Minecraft Default Texture/Resources (The ones that you start out with)
Are starting to act up really bad. If I break any blocks or mushrooms then the entire world turns Black or it does this Lines texture glitch. It doesn't seem to affect Tall grass or flowers but i noticed it when breaking Wood Logs and other Blocks. Sometimes it Even Just Does that when walking. It also only Recently did that when 1.7.9 Came out.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

Also, check your graphics card drivers. Do a search on your manufacturer's website for an updated version (Automated updates won't get major revisions). If you post a forced crash as Kumasasa asks, he can tell you if you need to update.
