Invisible blocks rendering in random places

In random places throughout my world there are random patches of invisible blocks, when you hover over them with the cursor they have the black outline like normal blocks. It can be fixed by pressing f3+a but it still affects areas not so far away from you. This mainly happens on render settings of 5 or below as when i turned it up it fixed the areas around me.
