[MC-5848] Jittering

When I spawned in a Taiga biome, I began juttering up and down like on a laggy server, and couldnt move unless I flew.

Maybe instead of complaining about the high number of duplicate reports for this issue, it should be taken as an indication that this really, really sucks and deserves to be fixed ASAP. After all, this is the very first impression new users will get of Minecraft.

Guess what, I did vote already. But those most affected by the bug - players new to minecraft - probably won't do that: They'll just decide that a game that greets them with such a bug isn't worth playing.
