[MC-58618] Broken Redstone things

The Buttons & super fast redstone repaeters like the redstone block and comparator go super slow and barely have any output.
in the first picture with the missing texture u have to type in "/setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:redstone_block 1 destroy"

There is no redstone block with a damage value of 1.

Try:

/setblock ~ ~1 ~ minecraft:redstone_block 0 destroy

it still worked in 1.7 phenomenally but then after I replaced the data in 1.8 it was moving really slow and had the missing texture on it
