Game Crashes when summoning falling sand with the id of an ender chest

I used /summon in a command block to summon falling sand with the id of an ender chest the game crashes when used in chat or command block.

I included the command

/summon FallingSand ~ ~5 ~ {TileID:130,Time:1}

when that command is ran the game crashes for some reason
