Spawn in wall (The End / Debug world)

If you enter the end in a debug world using the portal block which spawns somewhere in the assortment - you have the chance (at least I did first time) of spawning in a block (of end stone)

First off, I'd probably disable the end period. Not tested the nether yet.
Secondly, you cant mine the end stone due to the protection against block breaking you have therefore I'm basically trapped without teleports.
