Blocks appearing to disappear

When a fast-pulsing piston pushes a block, it sometimes appears to be invisible, even though it still pushes the player back.

Also, heads sometimes appear to duplicate or disappear. It doesn't necessarily have to be a redstone block. In the image, it's a sandstone b
