[MC-59412] Server Type Lag in Single Player

Same as here https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-18475 I posted all my info on it but no response as i assume its too old to be looked at.

Commenting in a one year old, resolved ticket duplicating Zombie lag isn't quite helpful...

Yeah sorry I didnt see the date on it when i looked at it. It seems like the lag is cause by a summoning falling sand. Also this isnt an fps issue , its feels likes the server being out of sync
