When I place a Item Frame on a block it disapears, plz tell me if this is a bug. If it is then fix it plz.

Can you please be a little more detailed?
Maybe was it world which was created in 14w26b? Or which gamemode were you? Or at which coordinates where you standing? Or was is a little bit laggy?
