Pressure plate doesn't operate wooden door properly

In Realms (world owner Galileocraft, world name "Mines of Eternal Chaos"), we have a house built with lots of rooms near the spawn point. One of the room's doors on the second floor behaves oddly. When you step on the pressure plate the door won't open, but when you step OFF of it, the door opens and remains open. The door then behaves "backwards" at that point. The door beside it behaves perfectly fine. I have labeled the door with a sign above it if you need a copy of the world for investigation. All other doors identical to this work, but this one seems to have issues for some reason.
