[MC-59898] Torch Bug (14w27a)

Whenever I place a torch, the torch seems out of place, I will attach a screenshot. The bug is triggered by placing a torch. (Bug affects already-existing torches, not only for newly-placed ones.)

Confirmed, I also have this bug for already-existing torches, not only for newly-placed ones. Hitbox seems to be in the correct position, though.
