Flying through "Weighted Pressure Plate (Light)" in debug mode world creates lag and/or crash.

So I created a debug mode world. I flew through a gold pressure plate and it gave me a sound kind of like how people who speak spanish roll their r's, and it also kept making the pressure plate/button/lever sound and after about 30-45 seconds it crashed the game.
