What I expected to happen was...:
Endermen would pick up blocks and I'd see what they had

They picked up blocks, and they were pink and white checkers?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for endermen to spawn naturally
2. watch them and wait for them to pick up a block
3. Once they pick it up, you will see
