did /summon Rabbit ~ ~ ~ {RabbitType:99} to get a Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog and tried to rename it "Toast" to get a Killer Toast Rabbit
When renamed, It did NOT take the name of "Toast" but instead took the name of "The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog" as seen in the provided screenshot.
To replicate this
1. do /summon Rabbit ~ ~ ~ {RabbitType:99} (Or naturally get it)
2. rename it with a name tag (Ex:"Toast","Bob",etc.)
3. watch it not change but get the name of "The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog", even though that is not what you wrote on the name tag.

In the newest snapshot (14w28a) I attempted to name a killer rabbit to get it to show the "The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog" name tag and it instead used the temporary name I had chosen (Caerbannog) and displayed that name instead. When I saved and exited the game and reopened the world using snapshot 14w27b the naming appeared correctly as "The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog". When I returned to snapshot 14w28a the name was once again "Caerbannog" as I had created in the nametag.
I did the entire process again with the name "Killer Rabbit 1" with the same results.
Issue Closed. Confirmed in MC-61288 that this is intentional
Appears to be intentional.
MC Wiki states that "it is impossible to name a killer rabbit with a name tag, as any name you give it will be overwritten with "The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog"."
