Rabbits will not breed, when fed carrot only hearts come up even with two together both with harts, no breeding.

I gave two tamed rabbits a carrot, they didn't breed though, I also cannot see any difference between a untamed or a tamed one, as they act the same, don't teleport and don't breed(this is actually a bug report, not talking about the appearence of the rabbits)
You are actually taming the rabbits. In order for them to breed, you need to feed them another carrot.
