In F3, At zero on the "X," there is both a "0" and a "-0."

There's no "-0" in your screenshot. Only the decimals (-0.263 / -0.598), which get rounded down as expected in the line below.
This is not a bug. This is how numbers work.
yes i'm well aware of how it works, those are the cords for where you are on the block. in the XYZ: it says -0/73/-0
this guy is nuts, can I get someone that actually knows what they're talking about. And make this unresolved again.
