[MC-60649] Shift clicking items in and out of the hotbar doesn't work while riding a horse.

When I open my inventory while riding a horse, I can't shift click items into or out of my hotbar. From what I can tell, you can re-create the situation by loading up any world in 14w27b and taming a horse.
