Creeper vs Potato Crop

Fixed

Had a creeper blow up next to my farm today, and the potato plant that was at its first stage of growing had broken into seeds, not potatoes.
Simple bug fix should cover this.

I think it's fixed, because I get potatoes when creeper explodes in 14w30c.
