[MC-60804] windows 8.1, strange mouse behavior.

After updating my system from windows 8 to windows 8.1, I faced with a strange behavior of mouse: after any movements first left click doesn't work. (I can't break a block or hit a mob) If I continue to stand still, second, and other clicks, work correctly, but it is impossible to fight. I also can't hit (left click) while running

Without knowing any detail of your system, I'd say: Uninstall Logitech drivers.

Actually, This is a feature in windows 8.1 called PalmCheck. Basically if you have 1 hand on your touchpad/mouse and 1 on your keyboard it will stop the cursor in its place. There are plenty of tutorials on google on how to turn it off tho.
