Moving a redstone powered block with the clone command (I used "/clone ~ ~ ~-2 ~ ~ ~-2 ~2 ~ ~-2 replace move" in the third screenshot) "forgets" to update the blocks from where it was moved. (also with destroy)
Reproducing:
Place a block (and power it if it isn't a redstone_block)
Place a command block in a way that it doesn't touch any other
Type the clone command so that the power source gets moved away
Power the block (I tested with all redstone devices from doors through rails to fence gates), so it functions (lights up, opens.. etc.)
Execute the command block
