[MC-61192] Strange block outlines in both vanilla textures and resource packs.

Check out the attachments. I can't explain it.
The blocks appear to be spaced very very slightly apart about 5 blocks away. There are thick and glitchy outlines. Sometimes they flash when standing still. It causes a very nauseating effect. I can fix it by turning mipmap levels to 4

Please do not instruct people to move discussion to an issue that has no discussion on it. It really doesn't matter to which ticket the issue is resolved. This one is also more descriptive.
