Steps to reproduce:
1- go to a chunk south or east border (I mean, go to the Chunk coordinate 15 in X or Z) and put a block in there
2- put an item frame with an item on the side out of the chunk
3- put a comparator looking opposed of the item frame
4- re-log and wait a few secs
