Ladders bugged

Ladders' hitboxes appear to be on a different side of the block. Cannot walk into or fall onto a ladder block. Breaking the hitbox outline of the ladder will remove the ladder but placing it back crashes the client but not other clients on a server. Crashes on any side of a block when trying to place one. Tested on server and single player client. Seems to be a simmilar error with other blocks that have direction specific versions.
