Breaking tall grass and some 2 tall flowers causes a visual glitch

When breaking Double tall grass and some 2 tall flowers from the bottom block, a visual glitch occurred where the top of a peony appeared temporarily. It was gone in a very short time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find any 2 block tall flower or grass except for a peony(large ferns also work)
2. Break the bottom block
3. You should see the top of the peony appear for a short time
