[MC-61418] The achievement "Press "E" to Open you inventory" Will stay on your screen Permanently. (Multiplayer Only)

The achievement "Press "E" to Open you inventory" Will stay on your screen Permanently. (Multiplayer Only) (Restarting the game will NOT work). This Might be A Minecraft Bug or a Server bug but here's the server I catched the bug: MinePlex.com

What I expected to happen was When I Open My Inventory, The achievement "Press "E" to Open you inventory" would disappear

What actually happened was When i opened my Inventory, The achievement "Press "E" to Open you inventory" Will stay on your screen Permanently.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to A Multiplayer Server. (The Bug was catch on the MinePlex server so please check the bug on the MnePlex Server And Check if the bbug is a server bug or a Minecraft Bug)
2.Press E (your Inventory key)
3.You will catch the bug from there

Please check to see if this can be reproduced in vanilla / singleplayer, as Mineplex is heavily modified.

I had OptiFine Installed but will not work on singleplayer

Then it appears this ticket will be resolved as invalid, as it relates to a modified client / server.
