Wither skulls quickly switch between positions when riding boats

Confirmed for

• 1.8.4

But this happens only for about 1 second after spawning it,

however spawning a Boat riding one of these:

• WitherSkull

• SmallFireball

• Fireball

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w46a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
