[MC-61426] 0.9.0 unloaded chunks

NOTE: When this was created there was no minecraft PE section. Also, this is the first bug report for 0.9.0 release. Yay!

When walking into a unloaded chunk you cannot move until the said chunk is loaded. Pretty simple.

Ugh... you read it didn't you? I couldn't find the MCPE site so I thought it was glitched so I put it here instead. You could have made an inference that I didn't know that it wasn't suspended.
