You can't grow giant spruce trees using a dispenser

Unable to reproduce.

Still a bug. I figured it out, and you need to have the dispeners facing Z- or X-, if you have them facing Z+ or X+ they wont work in giant spruce trees.

Intended. The tree can't grow because of the dispenser being there, not because it is dispensing the bone meal.
