[MC-61548] MCPE lava mechanic issue

(placeholder for 0.9.0 release i cant find MCPE bug tracker to be working)
when i break a block that exposes lava source, it refuses to flow. sorry about the PE thing, real project ahould be MCPE but it wont show up. 0.9.0 release.
this was taken 10 secs after breaking it.

oh, where can i report this bug- it really bugs me that i can't get lava to flow- no pun intended.
